   Email us within 30 days of your purchase date. Include your order number in the email.

2. Review Period
   Please allow 1-3 working days for us to review your claim.

3. Approval and Return Instructions
   If your claim is approved, we will provide you with an RA number along with our return shipping address. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
